2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All orders are shipped from Japan. Any import customs, duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
3. International Shipping Rate
Shipping charge delivered outside of Japan is the same, ¥3,000 .
Please note that any additional duty or customs charges applicable in the destination country are payable by the recipient.
4. International Shipping Method
We normally ship our packages via EMS.
Once the order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing the order tracking number. Orders shipped with EMS can be tracked directly from the number.
5. Payment Options
We accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
All credit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.
Please note that you will need to take responsibility for any import duties in your own country.
We do, however, exclude Japanese taxes (currently at 8%), from all non Japan purchases.
